All lessons and memberships are good for the calendar year they are purchased.  Lessons have no cash value, non refundable, can't be substituted or transferred, used in conjunction with, not valid for products or equipment, by appointment only, 24 hour cancellation policy.  This site is provided as is without any warranties of any kind, implied or expressed.  Additionally, custom equipment orders are non returnable/refundable, no guarantee of frequency matching, swing weight, delivery time, or price matching.  All warranties are with manufacturer(s).  No guarantee new products won't be released while product is ordered.  One hour swing evaluation can only be used for one visit.
Customer is responsible for their own health and actions.  Strongly encouraged to follow guidelines that are recommended.  This means customer is waiving all claims, as well as cost and expenses.
