for peak performance. The swing evaluation is to assess the following: Grip, stance, posture, ball position, alignment, and swing mechanics. A strategic plan is developed that is simple and effective to produce maximum results. The goal initially is to create sound stable fundamentals (the foundation) and then to create efficient swing mechanics. The goal is not to create the perfect swing, but to produce a swing that is functional and produces results for each individual. Once the foundation and mechanics are in place then the golfer can become self correcting. |
